
THE CHALLENGE

Background
- The company's founders had worked with children for years providing music activities.
- The music activities were focused on developing children cognitively, emotionally and socially.
- The scientific research from the USA (where the music activities were very common) proved that children up to 3yo, who had attended this sort of activities, would have approximately 16% higher IQ compared to their peers.
Problems

📍 The founders wanted to provide the activities to more customers regardless time and location.

📍 Availability of the classes was limited though due to number of qualified trainers.

Timeline
- Started in the 2nd half of October 2017. Released in the first week of February 2018.
- 3.5 months for research, design, development, testing, and release
- Very short deadline due to Pomelody's Kickstarter campaign
- Post release iterations until October 2018
